Application
Calibrate glycosylated hemoglobin system in HbA1c analyzer
Storage And Validation
- Stable at 2℃ – 8℃ for 12 months, direct exposure to sunshine avoided.
- Stable for 7 days at 2℃ – 8℃ after open-vial.
Preparation For Use
- 1. Open the vial carefully, avoiding any loss of material.
- 2. Reconstitute by pipetting exactly 100ul of distilled water at +15°C to +25°C, into the vial.
- 3. Close the rubber stopper and leave to stand for 10 to 15 minutes out of bright light before use.
- 4. Swirl gently several times during the reconstitution period to ensure that the contents are completely dissolved.
- 5. Prior to use, mix the contents by inverting the vial. Do not shake the vial as the formation of foam should be avoided. Ensure that no lyophilized material remains unreconstituted.
- 6. Please close the rubber stopper after drawing the sample and put in the refrigerator soon to avoid containment and evaporation.
Cautions
- Store per request and use it within the validation. The reagent out of validation should be dealt with in experimental waste way.
- Different reagents with different lots can’t be cross used.
- Reagent box is for IVD use only and obey the laboratory SOP.
